Does any one know if you can use a manual clutch throwout arm and bearing on the M5OD trans? I would like to use a mechanical clutch on my 65 f-100.

No, There is no provision in the bell-housing to provide a pivot for the clutch arm.

You would have to weld in a mount for one and adapt an arm.
