Leveling kit

I have a 2003 cc f350 with 35" tires that rub pretty bad. The truck has some kind of shady leveling kit on it. (Just has a extra leaf spring sitting under the original leaf springs) What I was wondering if I bought a leveling kit would it raise the truck or stay the same height.

If it sits level now a leveling kit won't help you. If you tires are running on the leaf springs, you will need a set of wheels with more offset.

I have some pics but don't know how to upload them. Also I took some measurement from top of the tire to center of the fender. I came up with 8-8.5 inches up front and 10-10.5 in the rear

A leveling kit should do just that, make it level within .5 inch. It doesn't sound like you have one. Where are you getting the rub?

Here is his truck. I had to reduce the size a tad. If it is too small, I can increase it. (I only got one pic, if there were more, I didn't get them)

Looks like the way my truck sits.

I have the Fabtech leveling kit which uses the stock spring.
The tires I use are 35's but a 12.5 section width, those look, maybe, like a 14.5 section width which will rub.

Here is how mine looks on the passenger side. Front and rear. I have space in between my added leaf.

I think the extra leaf is just wore out because I feel that the truck use to sit higher. But what I was wondering if a 2.5" mini pack would raise the truck? I would remove the extra leaf and insert the mini pack. What is every ones opions would it be higher or about the same
