My emails have been kicking back for the last week as "undeliverable", so I'm not sure what's up, but I have a Rancho issue that I'll need somebody from Rancho to resolve. I have a thread of emails where Matt and I discussed the exact size of shock I need for my truck and no, we are not talking about standard lengths. On Matt advice, I bought RS999292 for the fronts because they're supposed to be 2" shorter than stock, which should be about right. Unfortunately, instead of being 2" shorter than the stock length, they're about 8" shorter! They won't get close to mounting. My emails can't seem to get through, so this is the only means I know of to get something going. I'm not trying to imply anything. I just need to answers and some help getting this fixed.
Not yet. Next move. Heck of wrestling match to get the front shock off. Now driving with 3 and wanting to get something going quicker. He didn't answer emails on weekends when I could get to him. I thought he or someone else from the company might see this and have some advice.
He and I have been going back and forth for a while and I want to do my best to make sure he gets the correct shock up front. His build is really cool/unique and finding the right shock sometimes take a bit or trial/error. We got the rear figured out quickly, just need that front dialed in.
It's just weird that his e-mails are now bouncing back, we must have e-mailed 30 times before this.

All 100% true. I have nothing but good things to say and customer service has been awesome. No doubt in my mind that this will end well.

I really was impressed. In a world lately where customer service takes a back seat to everything else, it is nice to see companies that care. Sometimes technology is flaky. Good luck to both of you.
