4X4 stuck on
Came home and the wife said my truck had the 4X4 low light blinking on dash. So I turned on truck and drove in neighborhood after i switched **** to 4High and then to 2wd. Truck switched to 4high on dash but did not switch to 2wd.
So I got back home and switched the hubs manually on then back to auto while raising front end. That got it to switch back to 2wd. Any ideas why it would get stuck on 4x4?

Sounds like it is time for some hub maintance.
Pull the inerds out and clean and grease them. That might be the issue.
but it might also be the shift solenoid in the transfer case. You can remove that and do some switching while you watch it and see if it is having an issue as well.
