I need a place to purchase original parts from. I'm in the process of restoring/rebuilding my old '66 F-250 and I could use a lot of original interior and engine compartment parts.I haven't started building on it yet. In fact I just pulled the motor out of it last night. I'm, right now still stripping everything down. I just want to know if anyone has any good ideas on where to get replacement parts that are in good shape for a fairly good price.
I just found this site this morning and haven't had a chance to check all the links yet... So If I'm waisting space b/c the answer is right in front of my face on the front page, I'm sorry...
Thanx, Jerry

Jerry,
There are a lot of places that sell parts for these trucks now. This site has some things, check out the Parts Shop section. Since this is a business site, they do not like posts about outside resources. Can't blame them since they pay the bills.
Most all the repro stuff ultimately comes from Dennis Carpenter, no matter who is selling it. He owns the rights to most of the tooling.
Not everything is an exact replacement. I bought a heat riser from XYZ and though similiar, isn't an exact fit. Which is why it leaks. Which is why it's coming off. Buyer beware still applies.

I understand... Thanks Berry... Thanks David... I've had time since the last time I was on to check out the stuff and I've found a lot of stuff in a catalog a friend gave me... I guess I can't say they're name... I have set a date. Oct. 1st for starting on my truck. By then I'll have it all stripped down and a lot of my parts built up.
