door replacement

I've got an 80 F250 that I'm relacing the doors(used)and fenders on(new) I want to get the doors as close as possible to lining up so the fenders aren't hell to put on, this truck is a work truck that carries massive loads so "perfect" isn't my goal, but I need the doors to close properly.

So, your question/comment is...?

In general, begin alignment with the doors; make the fenders, hood, front end match to them.
