Most people will say Redhead if you can afford one. I've never had a problem with Fenco over the years. Stay far away from anything Cardone. Be sure to flush the pump.
Here is the result of my auto parts store box, But as others have said Redhead has had issues too, I currently have a Redhead in the truck and so far no problems..

I have only heard good things about Redhead on the forum so far.
I also bought the RedHead steering box during the Chrismas 2012 buy in along with about 37 others here at FTE. I can't tell the difference between it and the OEM one, but my Ex only had 55k miles on it back then so I didn't have any slop or other issues with it yet, and it only has 33's on it with close to stock offset. I was hoping for a lighter steering feel but no such luck !
I installed RedHead after completely rebuilding all front end suspension and still having wandering issues. The RedHead steering box cured remaining issues. However, I cannot tell you that a standard rebuilt steering box would not have worked. I can only tell you that the RedHead worked for me. It is probably like a lot of things--it's value is determined partly by how much time do you have to re-do the work.

All the Red Head is is a rebuilt stock one, I would never buy one. Attachment 291396
You guys with newer models might not sense too much of a difference between OEM and Redhead, maybe OEM parts got better in time, but us in the older crowd do swear by that brand because so many have benefited from it, even over the aftermarket options. I'm a cheapo so I just rebuilt mine , the link is in my sig.

Now there's a real mechanic, that's how we did it in the old days. I'm surprised you were able to get parts for it.
