e40d shifting problems

i have a california 97 f250 auto w/ 290xxx intake, exhaust thats bout it other than a small lift. i put a utility box with led lights for the rear on and ever since then my leds have been faintly light at all times and my transmission is shifting in and out of od . i have had the lights re wired and a wiring block installed professionally. had it at the tranny shop ( where i had mine rebuilt a year ago with upgraded tc and shift packs and its still under warranty and had it serviced a week before this arose ) where they told me the shift sensor is not getting a signal . went back to the shop i have .04 of back feed from my pcm down my brake light wire traced brake wire back to pcm including checking all accessories at all the splices ( brake switch, abs control module, multi function switch etc) all had same back feed while unplugged checked 3rd brake light still good...so figured must be pcm sent it to rebuilt at auto computers direct( dont go there) finally got it back today after 2 weeks installed it and nothing still shifting weird brake lights dimly lit wtf ! i have no abs light or any codes on my od getting it scanned tomorrow to check for anything else.

next step? i know my rear brakes need a full rebuild but i dont have any lights or smoke coming from them but could that be it? vss? i changed it a long time ago when my tranny went out but who knows? as far as i know there isn't an aftermarket resister for the lights but im also not getting frantic blinking or anything. checked all fuse boxes and for any loose wires nothing honestly ive poured over all the forums and cant find anything past all the things ive already done i just want my truck back ! any ideas would be a huge help

But why would the leds cause a back feed when the truck is off?

I guess it shouldn't cause a feed back with it off but our PCM has trouble with LED's.

I Dont Mind The Lights Being Constantly Lit But The Shifts Are Terrible . The only time I've felt my truck shift like it is now is when my break controller is on when I'm not hooked up to anything and that usually resulted in abs lights.
