Torque Converter?

Lately I've been noticing the slipping, through all gears ranges when going WOT or under hard acceleration. The truck will not accelerate at all, no matter the gear. I notice slight vibration when running around 30mph as well, which I would assume is the converter.

In the future I plan to change the fluid and filter, even though the fluid does not look bad at the moment, nor does it smell burnt.

Does anyone have any insight into this matter? The truck will shift fine through all gears, as well as lockup. However, under hard acceleration or WOT it will go nowhere.

Thank you.
