CCFL Halo Projector Headlights???

I'm thinking about installing CCFL Halo Projector Headlights and LED taillights. I already converted to 05-07 style lights but I damaged them and need new headlight units. Wondering everyone's take on CCFL headlight if anyone has them installed??? Here is the link to the units I'm looking at.

I will be following this thread and interested in what your thoughts are if you do go with these. I am ready for an upgrade. Seems like my high beams are what most cars use for low beams. I know the lighting was a bad design on these trucks but man do they suck. Have you beefed up your headlight harness or done anything other then convert to the 05-07?

I have spyder 05-07 projectors with CCFL halos and the 6000k HID conversion. I've had them since November and still don't know how I feel about them. All the halos still work great but the passenger side low beam has gotten pretty dim. It's NOTICEABLY dimmer than the driver side. I don't worry about it too much because I have off brand Rigid Duallys in my foglights which are brighter than my headlights. If I were to do it over again, and I WILL be doing it over again in the summer when I have the money, I will be getting a pair of factory 05-07 headlights, getting the housings painted flat black, HID's for the low beams, Bean LED Industries Duallys in the high beams, and white, rectangular Oracle halos. Parts and labor will be around $500-600, but they look badass and are bright as hell. People around here run 4" bars in each headlight so I'll be fine just running a couple Duallys when it comes to cops.

I replace the header panel and wiring harnesses to upgrade for 05-07 headlights. I currently have factory 05 headlights and they worked well but these headlights look good! I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering them in the next couple of days, I just wanted to know if anyone had experience with them. I'll keep everyone posted!!

They look good on your truck!! Maybe I'll run them with some high powered driving lights. I love that look of the halos. I was running factory 05 lights before I destroyed them and they were great in comparison to '99 stock. But I can't get of the look of the halos and the LED tail lights, and it seems like a pretty good price for the package.

I'll keep you posted on how they do. I'll be ordering them tomorrow. I love the look, so even if I have to run powerful driving lights to see at night, I'm installing these headlights!

Hey Smokie, I know this an old thread but how well did these fit and were they easy to aim once you installed them?
Thanks, Bill

I have the cheap ones, too. Took some Dremel work on the truck side to make them fit. Looks good, light is okay. Rain blurred night pics.
