I always noticed there was a lean to one side of my 98 ranger. At normal height it never really bothered me. But when I lowered the truck. The body became closer to the ground and it became a lot more noticable
Did some measuring and the body actually sits 1 1/2 " higher off the ground than the other side.
I took it to my mechanic and we spent about 2 hours going over it and it seems as though this lean is created somewhere between the axle and the frame. I have read this is a problem with this generation ranger.
Anyone had any luck correcting this or can offer a solution ?
I got the same problem. On my a leaf spring is bent on the driver side pulling that side down so my right side sits higher. This might be the same with yours.
