Running rough
Ok so the weirdest thing happened today. I was towing a trailer with a 92 f150 today and when I got to my destination I was backing up to unload and noticed the truck was running rough. No lights on the dash or anything. I turned it off unloaded truck and went back and started the truck and it was running fine. Put about 30 miles on it no problems. The truck is a 2006 f150 5.4 with 200k miles. I'm kinda stumped here.

Can't help you much here, but my F150 has never idled silky smooth, even with brand new plugs. I pulled the 'misfire codes' for all cylinders and there are no misfire counts. Even my diesel idles a lot smoother.
I can only guess something like a gunked up Idle Control Valve or an EGR valve is sticking open. However, our 5.4 doesn't have either
