transmission flush

I know I've seen and read a step by step procedure for flushing my transmission.
However, I can't find it anywhere even by a search. I though Guzzle had it but can't find it on his site.
Can someone please direct me to this procedure ?
Thanks

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
I can assume that Sam's Club would be the cheapest place to buy the fluid ?
So it must be easy to buy it by the case ?

I would look for the gallon jugs of it, makes it easier and less mess.
