06 6.0 Start and Stall!
Hey, on a 06 f450 with the 6.0. Installed new fuel filters, ran for about 20 mins now it starts fine stalls 3 seconds later. 48v out of the ficm at all times. I noticed the top fuel filter was dry. Cycled the key a few times nothing changed. Found on here that the frame mounted pump take 12v. I powered the pump with my power probe the upper housing filled with fuel. Plugged in the original harness no more fuel. If in leave the original harness unplugged and power the pump with the power probe it will run like nothing's wrong. Plug the original harness in it stall almost instantly. I did that numerous times yesterday. Egr was just cleaned. It's throwing no codes.

To me it sounds like a harness plug or power supply problem, but here are some simple things to check:
1.) The power supply to the pump will shut off after 20-30 seconds if the engine isn't running.
2.) Check the emergency/impact fuel pump shutoff switch/reset located on the passenger side kick panel
3.) Check the fuse in the fuse panel under the steering wheel and fuse in the underhood fuse box

Okay, I've checked the 3 thing you listed. With out the motor running I have power for 30 seconds, 11-13 volts. Once it's started I get the power back. But as soon as I plug in the harness the motor stall. Almost instantly. If I leave it unplugged and power HFCM with my power probe it will run until I shut it off. Could the HFCM be asking for to much power from the PCM?

I don't think it directly gets power from the PCM. Definitely an interesting problem. I'll have to defer to one of our wiring experts, at least until I get a chance to study the electrical schematic's to see if I have that one.
When you say no codes are you code scanning the truck or depending on the CEL?
In the upper right corner of the attached diagram is the HFCM circuit. Not much to it.
