mach audio issues

mach audio issues
hey y'all, new user here and new owner of a 2002 ford expedition eddie bauer edition. I am systematically going through and fixing all the little issues it has and I have ran across one that stumped me. The rear sub doesnt work and the audio sounds a bit weak. I have heard the amps are prone to failure but after opening up my amp I saw no visible signs of damage and no burnt odor at all. I verified the harness to the amp is providing power. when I ran the radio's self test it keeps failing and giving me a code of

I have been searching all over the net to figure out what this code means but there is nothing I have seen so far to tell me what the code is. any help would be greatly appreciated!
