it will bolt in, but you may have differences in engine electrical. the international DT444-E is the same physical engine but it uses a bunch of different things than ford uses on the powerstroke 7.3

Most likely the International has single-shot injectors, and the Ford PCM is set up for split-shots.
There are other things, most of which can be switched over, but expect some software differences.
