1994 F150 regular cab long bed

Year: 1994
Make: Ford
Model: F-150
Price: $1800
Mileage: 266000
Color: Blue
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): TX
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
Color: Blue
Engine: 4.9L straight 6

1994 Ford F150 regular cab, 4.9L straight 6, 5 speed manual. It currently has a hair over 266,000 miles on it and runs INCREDIBLY good. I have put a LOT of work into this truck over the last several months. I am the 3rd owner of this truck. The 2nd owner was my brother and he only owned it for about 3 months.

Here is what I have done to the truck in the last year;

New engine computer
New heater core
New valve cover gasket
New fuel injectors
New spark plugs
New spark plug wires
New distributor
New distributor cap
New distributor rotor
New MAP sensor
New motor mounts
New thermostat
cooling system has been flushed and refilled with new antifreeze
New oil pan
New oil pan gasket
New side inspection cover gasket
Used brush guard was painted and installed
Tractor Supply side mount tool boxes were installed as well
LED lighting installed throughout the truck
It now has a used pair of GoodYear MTR tires in 31X10.5X15 on the back

So needless to say, the motor runs incredibly well, better than when I bought it. It does not leak a drop of engine oil, but the transmission does. I have already diagnosed the transmission leak and it is a cheap ($20) fix to do yourself, but is time consuming so I've just been topping it off every month or two. I've done a compression test on the motor and it is in good shape having average compression of 145 psi between all 6 cylinders. I routinely get 20 mpg out of this truck on the highway and around 15-16 mpg in town.

The bad about the truck is the windshield is cracked, the transmission has a fluid leak, and it is a 20 year old truck so it has it's little nicks, dings, and quirks.

The ONLY reason why I am selling it is I have a really bad left foot. I've had 3 surgeries on this foot and am about to go down for another surgery. Because this truck is a standard, it litterally hurts for me to drive this truck. I am still driving this truck on a regular basis though. I just need to sell it so I can buy something that is a automatic.

Inspection expires in February of 2015, registration expires in June of 2014, and I am holding a clear blue Texas title in my name. I'm asking $1800 cash. The truck is currently in Waco Texas.

Here is a picture showing how bright the LED lights are that are mounted in to the grill guard. The parking lights up front are also LED.

I'll be down that way in July (Got family in Lampasas). If it's still around then, I'll get up with you. That's pretty close to what I'm looking for, too.

I REALLY hope it is not around by then. It's not that I hate the truck because I don't. I love the truck. My left foot on the other hand. I've had 3 surgeries to that foot, and am about to have to have another surgery. So, just driving the truck is painful for me, and it will be down right impossible to drive it during my recovery after my next surgery. This is the only reason why I'm selling it.

Still for sale?

If your pickup is still for sale, I'm very interested in buying it - have been looking for one like this for a while and live nearby in Ft Worth.

Thanks,
Max
