I have an 07 6.0 190,000 miles. its started leaking diesel, seems to be only when motor is running. leak is some where at upper filter. don't think its the filter o-ring I think it is below that where the fuel line connects to the filter assembly. looks like 4 torx screws bolt to the filter. anybody have any ideas? is there o-rings or a gasket between there? anyone have a parts breakdown of the upper filter area ? thanks

That is the fuel pressure regulator and there is a gasket on the cover, you might as well get the updated blue spring kit and install it since you need to remove the cover to install the new gasket. The kit comes with all the required orings and gaskets.
Here is the link to riffraff diesel, http://www.riffraffdiesel.com/ford-fuel-pressure-regulator-blue-spring-kit/
