Ok so I finally got my new pcms in and it appears to be functioning normally. I still have a bit of a rough idle and when I say rough I mean when u start it up could it slightly shakes the shifter and steering wheel. Once it warms up its less noticeable but still there. I did the full tune up plugs wires cap rotor oil and all the filters save for tue fuel filter I have but no time to put it in. This truck is a 94 but does not have the air injection ports in the head. I have been going over evrything since the po told me the engine had been rebuilt. Two things caught my eye. There is a two wire black sqaure connector buy the firewall around the egr area that is not pluged in and I see no where to plug it into. And on the intake side what I'm pretty sure is the evaporate purge solenoid connecto. There is no solenoid there and the hoses are just hooked up strait to the canister. Question is could this be causing my rough idle don't have my hands on a vacum gauge right now to check that but just wanted an opinion on it. Can the evap just be deleted. I'll try to get some pics of how everything is set up but I've been working a lot so its slow. Thanks for any help with this in advance
A few things I forgot to add when I hold the throttle open maybe 1/8-1/4 throttle just off idle the engine misses spits and sputters. I have checked the tps it had a flat spot so I replaced it and ect sensor. Other then that the truck runs great when u put it in gear it runs smooth. Being I had no codes before and no codes as of right now I'm not sure weather to check the ignition or fuel system or maybe another area.

Please define that statement in bold above. Did you get the System Pass Code of 111 for KOEO and the same for CM?
Yes I got the system pass of 111 have not done a koer check as I don't remember exactly how to do it. But I drove it around a lot today before I went to work and I just checked the codes again and got 112 and 334. 334 was in both the cm and koeo test and 112 was only in koeo test. I unhooked the vac line from the egr and plugged it but that made no difference in the way it ran. Haven't looked up 112 yet to see what it means.
There should always be a purge solenoid between the canister and the intake. Unless you have emissions testing, in theory you can disconnect the evap lines, cap the ports on the manifold, and carry on. The truck won't blow up or anything like that, it just keeps those pesky vapors from burning up the ozone layer.
Ok so I bypassed that and the truck seems to come down in rpms a little faster and also revs a little faster but the rough idle is still there anyone know what code 112 means and I think I remember reading somewhere that I should have .48 volts from the egr sensor when it is closed could someone verify this for me
Code 112 (KOEO) definition: ACT sensor signal is less than the Self-Test minimum of 0.2 volts.
If you did not warm up the engine before running the KOEO test, this is a common error code that is user induced. This can also be triggered by very cold ambient temperatures.
