You say you were low on fuel.. You do know that these trucks are known for the fuel pickup Foot on the tube cracking and sucking air at an 1/8th of a tank. Chance's are if your foot was cracked, The shock of the chain or strap may have made the cracked foot fall off completely. add more than 1/4 tank of fuel. if it starts, it's time to drop the tank..

The fuel bowl is full, wouldn't it be empty/low if their was a fuel delivery problem?
This may be a shot in the dark. OK, it's a complete shot in the dark, but make sure the tin nut is still holding the solenoid on the IPR. The solenoid slides off toward the back of the truck and if you were moving backwards and stopped abruptly, it's remotely possible the solenoid could have slid off if nothing was holding it.
Hopefully I have someone that can help me, but it is likely a few days away and this truck is my earner . all i have is fairly extensive Gas engine experience, tools and worry right now.
Is there a manual test i can do to check for air in the HPO/injection system? I am assuming that my automotive oil pressure guage is useless on this truck?
Yes it is useless. These trucks just to start need almost 500 psi of oil pressure and can get up to around 3000 psi on a stock HPOP when the demand is there.
I actually like Pika's suggestion of the tin nut on the IPR maybe coming loose and/or falling completely off. The IPR is located on the back side of the HPOP in the valley, on the drivers side of the pump. If it is loose or missing it would definitely cause the issue you describe. If the pump can't build pressure because the IPR is open, you are dead in the water.
With the age of the truck and you counting on it so much, you are a candidate for gauges and a scan tool of some sort. The last link in my signature will likely tell you exactly what is preventing you from starting, but you need a scan tool to put it to full use. A fuel pressure gauge (in addition to the scan tool) would answer the fuel question instantly, now and in the future.
If my truck stalled, all I'd have to do is look down while cranking and I'd have my answer.
Fuses, all check good under dash and hood
Fuel bowl full
Hpop full
batteries charged
ICP, electrical connection covered in oil, truck will not crank with it unplugged
blood pressure, High

I may be praising your brilliance soon..... I just found this in the valley
I am assuming this is part of the solenoid you mentioned because I found the solenoid loose and slid rearward. Does anyone have a diagram? I don't know what I am missing
Great catch Pikachu! That is the IPR collar. A tin nut holds it in place, and the collar holds the solenoid in place. The tin nut is lying loose in the valley of your engine. Look around with a flashlight or feel around with a magnet. You're almost driving again.
Whit, found the same thing..(tin nut only), look'n back at me a few weeks ago when look'n for a oil drip. You'll probably have to "flatten out" the tabs, and use some lictite to re-secure the nut to ipr.

Thank you all so incredibly much. Most noteable Pikachu for his insightful Diagnosis.... You sir are a wise man to whom I owe a great debt. Thanks for all the replies and support internet strangers, y'all are an awesome bunch.
