Tailgates

I really like the way the late 60s early 70s tailgates look has any one tried to put them on an OBS? and if so was it hard?

I know the answer to you question but I think the body style just prior to the 92-92 fit and they don't have the fancy trim pieces. They may even have the raised FORD on them.

Anything from 1980 and up will fit but you might have to change over the latchs on the box, I cant recall off the top of my head.

88 and up used the newer latch system, 87 and older used the old system.
and it will require a lot of work to adapt the body to the old latch style.

Then buy a late 60s, early 70s truck
