Drag Link, Steering Arm?
Have kept up on lube orders and greasing zircs. Checking out the play on the steering components. Everything seems reasonably tight except, there is excessive play between the drag link ball joint at the curved drivers side steering arm (spindle arm?)
There is otherwise very little slop in the steering for a truck this age and the truck drives straight and true, tires wear evenly, etc. Can tolerate a little bit of slop but concerned obviously about safety. Who has stock replacement parts, not finding much for 64s at the usual sources. What's the best way to go about this, replacement or is there a kit? Would be willing to buy a front end rebuild kit, but the ball joint in picture would be a priority. Just not sure on some of the nomenclature, part numbers, who has a decent kit or whatever.
Thanks for the help, as always. Sent from my iPhone using IB AutoGroup

Looking closer, (I think) it's the drag link specifically that is bad and needs replaced. it has a lot of play at the steering arm. Shouldn't be too hard to find, even locally. Can new ball studs and seals be installed? 50 years of dried grease makes it tough to figure. Just want this thing to be safe as it ever was.
Everything else is at work stoppage. The brake line fittings are just frozen on there, don't have the flare nut wrenches, the shock nuts won't budge. Tried PB blaster, etc. might take a couple days. Maybe some propane. Sent from my iPhone using IB AutoGroup
Decided to have a shop used in the past familiar with old school iron do the work. Won't be cheap but...
They will also unroll all new hard brake line, hoses, and make sure the rest of the brakes and steering linkage such are up to snuff. None of this stuff is above my skill level but put it all together, the aggravation factor can be high with.50 year old fasteners and the pros can do stuff a lot faster.
