Split tranny filter.

Something very odd, when I dropped the transmission pan on my 1999. The filter was split open about an inch. I'm guessing there was obviously no filtering happening. It sure shifts a lot better. I put two bottles of red lube in it also. The magnet was very full of particles.

They're really more of a screen than a filter anyway, I doubt it did any damage.
