Replace AOD with C6
I've got this 93 F-250 with the AOD trans that is about to give it up. It's been serviced and still shudders and doesn't shift right. This is a farm truck that rarely ever goes anywhere it could use the overdrive any more. Is there any way to replace the expensive AOD with a C6, it would seem to be a good replacement for what this truck does and certainly less expensive.
