I have a 1999 F250 super duty with the v10 engine. On my way home from work the truck seemed to bounce like going over really bad roads. When I go home I felt the wheels and the front passenger side was hot to the touch.
I pulled the wheel in the morning and the bearings do not have any dirt or metal shavings in the grease (but I did not pull the hub off yet) The shock looks very rusted and most likely original but no oil leak. Any guess as to what it could be? Oh i also checked the brakes and they were not stuck and no grooving on the rotors or excessive ware. Any Ideas or do i have to pull the hub to know.
Thanks for the help
