Power steering
I have a 1965 Ford F100 4x4 and want to know what year power steering box I need to change over from the old power steering on it now.
Current build: 1965 ford F100 4x4, 300 cu. in. six, 435 new process.

1973/75 F100 4WD, 1975 F150 4WD: Garrison Power Assist P/S - The manual steering gearbox is used because it has nothing to do with Power Assist.
Two long P/S hoses, pressure and return, route from P/S pump to Power Assist control valve. Two short P/S hoses, pressure and return, route from Power Assist control valve to ram cylinder.
1976/79 F100/150 4WD used Ford/Saginaw integral P/S.
