Exactly what types of wrongdoing are we talking about here? Shipping money back to your parents in the old country? Vocal dissagreement with the government? Perhaps these are suspicious activities, but should the federal government be allowed to use phone taps without judicial approval to determine if these people are truly breaking laws? How much investigative power should the government have? Where is that line for you?
