This is a picture of the back of my light switch. I thought it was from a 56 or 60 f100 because those are what the truck is mostly made from. One parts place thought it might be from a 61 and another from a 62. Any Ideas? Matt
I don't know what year that is from but are you just trying to get a replacement? Most places have a generic switch since they all basically work the same. You just have to know (or test) which wire goes to what. I replaced the switch on my '49 but I just went to NAPA and got a headlight switch...no vehicle or year specified. It worked for me but if anyone else thinks something different please chime in.....I'd hate to help burn a truck down.
O.K. changing plans. The light switch is not as big of problem as the fuse box that is attached to the back of it. Bought a larger fuse box and am going to jumper the wires from the light to the fuse box. Curious where people have located their aftermarket fuse boxes .Descriptions would be great, pictures even better. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Matt
