On this Trim Decoder:
Ford Door Sticker Decoder .: Articles
It doesn't show what I have on my trim sticker, there are things that don't match up, maybe it's for a newer model.
Is there one for the 2001 F150 someplace?

Unfortunately, that article fails to state what model year(s) it covers.
Interior trim code HH should be leather captain's chairs, medium parchment according to the 2001 WSM.
Try looking up your VIN at FordEtis home page and see if you can get the as-built data.
