You need to take these Values at
koeo ( key on Engine off )
low ( just Idle)
high (2500 )
trying to drive the truck and take values are danger, besides the values takin like this are Ford specific
My advise will only lead you to your concern if the truck wont resart. If you have a bad injector coil unpluging the icp sensor on the passanger valve cover should stop the back feeding of voltage to the ficm that Is shutting your truck down. If it starts you have narrowed it down to either a biased icp or bad injector. From there you will need to varify icpv then if its good move on to disconnecting one injector at a time.
If the concern is pretty easy to duplicate you may just wish to bypass the prior and just unplug injectors one at a time and drive it, imo suggest starting with #8 because that is the one that set a dtc.
Matt,
ICp koeo .23 is good
.85 at idle is good.
But if you are checking while its running it will more then likly be good. You need to get info when it wont start.
For your truck to start you need icp to be greater then 500 or .85v
