Does anyone know where I can get the curved bracket that goes from the handle to the cowl vent. Or does anyone have one they are willing to sell? I hate to buy the whole mechanism to just get that curved piece and have not been able to locate just that piece.

I might have one. PM me in a few days if you don't hear back from me.
I just saw the whole vent and mechanism for sale at the Big 3 for $20, already sandblasted and ready for paint. I thought to myself, you should buy it because someone will need it even if you don't...oh well, if I did buy it then it would have sat for years and got rusty. I think that I can contact the guy if you still need it and he still has it...
Bill thanks for the exploded view. I'm looking for pt.# 02121. Charlie let me see if Carnut122 has just that part, that's not a bad price. I probably shouldn't pass it up but the rest of it would just sit on a shelf and rust away. If you do run across one of those brackets keep me in mind. Carnut122 I'll send you a PM this weekend. Thanks guys.

I can look this week-end, but I'd feel bad if I don't have it and you miss this one. Go ahead and look into it also (and buy it if you get the itch). No problem here with that.
