Fun with mathematics.
You need someone to work for only 30 days and you have had several applicants but they want too much money.
I offer to work for 1 penny the first day and you are to double it for 29 consecutive days. For example, you would pay me 2 pennys on the 2nd day and 4 pennys on the 3rd and 8 pennys of the 4th day and obviously 16 pennies on the 5th day. Now we only have 25 days remaining on my "contract" paying me double each subsequent day.
Would you hire me?
If you say yes you just paid me $5,368,709.12 dollars! LOL HA HA! If in doubt just check it out yourselves; I insist.

Postscript: Everyone for 53 years has said yes and I said no when I was seven years old! Just plain mathematics which you all will do very well only if you enjoy it. The primary reason that people hate mathematics; Modern Math, Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics is because they do not have fun. I have always had fun with all subjects and done quite well and it is as simple as just having fun instead of sleeping in class.
Wow, that problem would definitely stump me but I would give it my best. Congratulations for making it to Calculus 2 which is an extraordinary accomplishment.
I have not had to use advanced mathmetics so I am very "rusty" and undoubtedly you would run circles around me at this point in time. At least I can find my truck in the morning! LOL HA HA!

That was my only point that I was attempting to make in that if you are having fun you will NEVER get tired or bored!
You are one sharp cookie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Postscript: I purchased a Negative Ground Disconnect from NAPA that mounts on the Negative Battery Post and has an additional negative post and a all brass lever that you lift and swivel 180 degrees from default and it kills the power at the battery. Most thieves look under the seat and dash for kill switches and I would be astonished if they looked under the hood. The ONLY downside is that you lose you Radio Memory but no worries as I am installing a 1976 GE Citizens Band Radio so I can talk to the "old-timers" of cross country trucking.
