Rancho MYRide Controller
How many Excursion Owners in this forum have the wireless controller installed in their truck? Apparently it is discountinue due to faulty in design; if you have it on your truck and has less than 24K miles and less than 2 yrs call them to get the refund. Wait for the new one with an improve design to come out to buy...

Receipt if you still have them. If you bought it online, you should have the electronic proof of purchase to forward to them (Less than 2 yrs and less than 24,000 miles driven). Luckily, I saved my electronic proof of purchase.

Same here, didn't even have to install it, just by looking at it thought it would suck! Just like the BAAAD MAN said it sucks!

The last straw for me was towing the tt from FL to NC, got another leak.... Again had to pull the fuse so the pump would shut off, and no way to adjust rebound. I put the manual ones back on, one less thing to worry about.

Bummer! I think the old style with the metal pump is still working for a lot of people. Not sure

Now that I am think about it, I don't know for sure which one is the bad design from rancho; the pump or the receiver from the remote.
