Strange handling issues

So for a while my '99 has some strange handling issues. The best way I can describe it is if you go over a small hill at speed, where you feel light over the top and then heavy at the bottom - the truck pulls to one side when its light and to the opposite side when its heavy and back to center. The wheel will actually shift if you hold it loosely. Its most noticable in those gracefull hills. If you hit a pothole the impact is to quick it barely jiggles the wheel but i assume its still there because the truck does feel a little unstable on rough or uneven surfaces. On my narrowish and rough country roads I have to hold on to the wheel with both hands if a car is comming the other way just to make sure I got control of it.

Just some history, within the last year or so I've replaced nearly all the front end components to no avail - new ball joints / upper control arms, tie rod end, drag link, shocks. I've also adjusted the torsionbars back down. Is it possible the torsion bars are out of whack, would that cause this issue? I had the truck in for an alignment and told em to check the torsion bars since I messed with them but no clue if they really did (or not sure if it could have been a bad alignement too). The ride hieght is the same at the left and right front wheel well.

Also about a year ago I nailed a ditch bad and went airborn. I wondered if that bent anything, but if it did I suppose that would have showed up when they tried to align it wouldnt it have?
