So you are getting a message that says "Error retrieving album from database. userid='422633' and albumid='37394'"
That's not something that I can do anything with, but I will pass it on to IB's tech people to see what they can do

Are you still having this issue? I logged into your gallery and the Browse/Upload options are available in all 3 of your albums - including the misc album you mentioned as having the issue with. Can you try it again? Try clearing your browser's cache?

You shouldn't be able to upload into my gallery, you can however view it. What do you mean about clearing my browser cache?

Hey John, I work with FTE and Internet Brands which is why I can do some different things to help with technical issues. I was able to successfully upload a test image to your gallery in the misc album:
1956 Ford F100 4x4 - miscellaneous
You'll see an A-10 test image.
A web browser's cache basically stores some data you've downloaded for faster viewing the next time. Sometimes this causes issues. It depends on your browser as to how you can clear that cache out. It's also possible that you have an add-on and/or security software that is preventing the galleries from working correctly but that's probably less likely as it would probably occur on the other 2 albums. Since I'm able to upload to your galleries, I suspect you may have a browser issue and clearing the cache would be an idea to try first.

I always delete my browsing history each time I log off my computer, I've just tried every way that lets me that I know of but still the upload option does not show up on the misc. gallery.

Hey John, I looked at the configuration and found that the reason why you can't upload to the misc album is because there's a 50 image limit per album. You had 50 images in the misc album. Since I used admin permissions, it overridden that restriction to allow me to upload image # 51. Sorry about that as it's not your computer or browser. You simply can only have 50 images per album.

Well that clears things up, I didn't even think about limits. Sorry to cause everyone concern and extra work for you. Looks like I'll have to start another gallery to store pics. Thanks for all your help.

That would be a negatory, I have space left in the other 2 galleries and will start another when needed but I thank you anyway.
