OBII code p0133

Check Engine light on, popping a P0133 (sensor response too slow). Replaced the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor and still getting the same code. Anyone else have any ideas? besides the tech replacing the wrong sensor.

Has anyone seen the wires leading to the pig-tail on the sensor get torn up?

Yes , if someone tries to screw the sensor out before disconnecting the pigtails , this can happen .
