antifreeze leak

I just got my oilcooler replaced and egr delete and now 2weeks later i have antifreeze leaking out near the front of the truck and a little oil also what could it be . Didnt have problem till after the work was done. Is it something i can tightn up my self

Depends on where it is leaking. You cant see where it is coming from?

Oops. Both oil and coolant leaking in the same area seems to point to the oil cooler housing.

So does that mean the guy that put it on needs to fix it or am i at cost here. And does thus happen often after a couple weeks after instAll

You need to find out exactly where the leaks are from. Did you have the oil cooler replaced?

And you need to find out if he used a Dorman oil cooler instead of OEM. The gaskets fail and trash the HPO system.

Not that it's guaranteed, but if he used dorman products and the dorman seal failed, then you may be able to check for oil in the water or water in the oil. That oil cooler cover seal is pretty thin and the only thing separating oil and water in that area.
