Two 110V Plugs
Just picked up a 2002 F-250 Super Duty. I have a second 110V plug coming out of the grill. The first, on the drivers side, I know is for the block heater through the oil filter housing. The second is attached to a device that is inline of the lower coolant hose. Is this a warming device also?

Yes most likely it is a coolant heater. They are installed by splicing in to a rad or heater hose. Some are even fancy and have a circulation pump that keeps the coolant moving around to heat the block better. Post some pics if you can.
