Has anyone put the superduty seats in their truck? I am considering them for my 79 F350 4x4 SC...My son has a 07 F350 4x4 CC Lariat with the 40-20-40 tan leather and I really like those seats. I have done some measuring and they "appear" that they would fit but it would be tight. I have some 40-20-40 seats from a 96 that I was planning to install until I started thinking I might want leather. I guess I could also have the seats from the 96 re-upholstered in black leather...? Decisions, decisions...Any thoughts??
Do a test fit and run them for a week, if they "fit" that's what matters, then get'm re-leathered.
The new truck floor pans are shaped way different, better get the mod machine (welder) out and cranked up. And take some pics, I need to see what I have in store for ol reds seat project.
Or has anyone gotten 06-14 seats in their standard cab dent with good results? I have the opportunity to pick up a set of 40/20/40 seats cheap. Would like to swap them into my std cab 74 highboy. I know I have to make a new mounting bracket but that's fine. I just wana see what they look like in a dent.
I searched FTE and didn't find a single picture of 06-14 seats in a dent
