Would this turbo work with the Ex? Sorry I don't really know turbos....

It doesn't look to be a vgt turbo, so without significant mods and tuning no.

Nope, why not rebuild your turbo? There is a unison ring that is made of steel that binds/sticks.

My turbo is actually only 3 years old as it died and was replaced and is in great condition, just thought might be nice to have an extra lying around.
