so far under the blankets has been ok, the getting under them was a bit nippy. Leads to cuddling so it's all good :-)
It does lead to some condensation buildup on the walls, and windows. That certainly is one benefit to having a camper that is worth nearly nothing, you're not afraid to go anywhere and do anything.
Which leads to bigger RV's and bigger trucks, so what's the downside? :-)
At 45 with no luck in that department, we're not too concerned, seriously shocked if we end up having Abraham's luck.
We went out when we had our slide-in, and overnight it dropped to -5. How do I know? That's the temp the F350 showed on it's outside temp display when I had to go out and start the truck to recharge the camper's battery at 2am. We were at a National Forest campground with no hookups, and the under-sized, single battery they put in the camper wouldn't run the furnace (set at 55) for 5 hours. And it was a fully insulated, winter ready camper, heated tanks and all. I woke up because it was so cold in the camper, around 40. Not enough juice in the battery to turn on a light. Brrrr!
