Differences - '96V10 and '97V10 van engines
Hi all. My 1st post in the V10 section. I'm normally in the 460/73-79 trucks forums.
I have a chance to purchase a '97 28' Ford chassis Class C motorhome with a V10 thats thrown a rod. I also have access to a used '96 V10 from an E450 van with 170,000 kilometers on it.
I'd like to know if this swap is possible, and, how much work would be involved with this swap? Is this worth doing? Like I mentioned earlier, I'm very familiar with 70's trucks and engines, but this would be my first venture into the V10 world.
Any info/opinions you guys may have will be very helpful, and deeply appreciated!
