New member that needs help

I’m new to this forum but not the forum world. I'm a member of a few others with the same user name. I've lurked on this forum here and there but finally decided to sign up. I am now having issues with my truck (2001 F-150 Supercrew 4x4 5.4L 98k) that I can't pin point. I've had the truck since 05, I've done all the maintenance, repairs, and mods to it myself. It’s a strong running truck that has served me well but it has me baffled now with the miss/shutter (theft light flashes at the same time) I’m experiencing. I've read and read on this issue. So far I installed new MC plugs and summit racing COPs. That fixed the issue for a few months. It started back up so I pulled the new plugs and COP's to verify condition and spec. Everything looked and checked out good. I don’t have any codes. I also ran Torque pro (mode 6) and didn’t come up with anything. I have thought about giving up and taking it to the steelership but I’m not confident they will be able to pin point right off the bat and I don’t want to pay for multiple diagnostic sessions. In my searching I ran across a list of TSB's for the 2001 F-150. For some reason I can't find that info on here now. Can someone point me in the right direction?
