Have 2000 F350 supercab. Both rear doors will not open. First the passenger door did this several months ago and I ignored because I seldom used it. Now the driver side door has done the same thing. Of course I use this all the time putting things in and out of the rear seat and floor. When I try to open the bottom latch seems to unlock, but the top one doesn't...I can push the door shut and it latches closed, so when I close the front door I don't get any rattle. Just wondering what I'm in for....what parts I need to pre order. Thanks.

I have the opposite problem on one of my doors- the top will unlatch but the bottom won't. I managed to get the door panel off (not easy with the rear seat in place) and tried messing with it, but it just won't let go. I have a new lower latch ready to go in, but until I get it open, it stays in the box...
