10k mod
Ok i've done a ton of searching on the 10k mod and figured what the heck might as well. Went and got a pack of em and just for now have it pushed into the plug. The result is the same like everyone else awesome throttle response more power in the low end. but whats different for me is with out the mod my mpg's where 15-16 city/highway and now with the mod it's down to 10-11. No where i could find did this mod have a major drop in mpg's like it did for my truck. I'm at a loss as to why my mpg's dropped so much. And the heavy foot factor for the new found power i feel went away two tanks ago, so i don't think it's my foot that's doing it.
Any idea's?

You have to put it inline like they said.
The best thing is to just get a chip which will do it automatically for you.
