I am in the process of looking for a new truck. I have owned a 6.9, (2) 7.3's and actually bought a 6.4 but couldn't stand the mileage or the payment. Need a truck and was looking for a 7.3 because of all the horrible stuff I have heard about the 6.0. As I have been searching though it seems as though the 6.0's aren't as bad as I believed. Especially if you "bullet proof" them. Love that term - I thought I was that many years ago. haha I would like your opinions on the pro's and con's of 6.0 vs 7.3. Will use it for a personal truck - pull boat, tractor and maybe even a gooseneck travel trailer once in a while.

If you are buying used, just be careful to do your homework. I would test drive for at least 30 minutes and check the Degas Bottle for puke.
