Oh Deer!!
Driving home from work tonight I came around a bend and three deer jumped out in front of me, I slowed down a few MPH but I knew I was going to hit one. Well, I did, I caught number three, the left front smacked it down, heard it slam the wheel well and I saw it fly out across the road.
I got to the top of the hill, off of the curve and got out to look to see how bad the truck got tore up. There was no damage at all except for some deer dung in the wheel well!! Normally I drive my Pontiac Vibe but today I had a windshield ding fixed on the Ex while I was at work. The Vibe would have had some serious damage but the Ex held strong.
Oh, The Ex was busy hunting, I caught a bird in the grill today too.

I could take picks of the poop under the wheel well 
or the dead bird. It was dark and on a hill and curve so I did not go back to the deer.
That was the 3rd deer I have hit in all of my years driving but this is the first one that did not require a tow or body shop.

Deer hit you
My wife was driving my truck, I had just played golf she picked me up at the course to go to our cabin.
She made a right hand turn and there were three deer off to the right, she stopped as two of them walked by in front and the last one was either mentally challenged or visually impaired (see... I can do the PC thing)
and he literally jumped up on the passenger fender (I was a passenger) and tried to walk across the hood. He slid off the front (no hood ornament or steer horns to impede him) and walked away.Hence, "sometime deer hit you".

We had a month ago while driving our e250 work van parked at a stop light a deer ran right into the side of our van dead on. It was daylight too. Can't believe a deer didn't see a huge van lol

A few years back we had left early in the morning on vacation to Mount Rushmore and just south of Minneapolis deer comes out of nowhere...bam..front bumper and under. Stopped to check damage...quarter size dent in bumper and blood on TT! Gotta love the x!
