A few weeks ago my bronco wouldn't turn off. I could remove the key from the ignithion and the car would stay running. It still started normal however.
After a week and a half or so it started to turn off like normal again. I didn't touch anything or try to fix it, it just started to work again.
Then last night it wouldn't turn off. What could cause this sort of strange occurance, a loose wire maybe?
I was also wandering how hard it would be to replace the fuel tank float, as my fuel gauge reads empty all the time i'm assumming that is the problem.
Nothing turned off, but now its working normally again. It turns off again. Like before it wouldn't turn off for a couple of days and then all of a sudden it worked again. Could it be a short somewhere?
A bigger problem has just come to bare its ugly head. It's jumping out of gear when I speed up too rapidly or stop too suddenly. It's most likley the motor mounts, so i'll have to get those taken care of.
However my power steering was having problems and i just found that a clamp on the hose was just loose and that the pump is fine.
When the ignition becomes too much to handle i'll have it taken care of.
