ive got a knock in the valve cover
hey guys first time poster i just fished the rebulid on my 61 390 fe engine and just put in my 1974 ford f350 started the engine broke the cam in drove it a couple miles (like 3 miles at most )thought it was running well went to start it the next morning ran fine then started to notice a knocking sound coming from the passenger side valve cover i wanna say its a bent push rod but its a fresh engine any ideas ????

i pulled the cover my rocker arm was rubbing on my valve cover baffle cant believe it should i cut the baffle or bend it in also i noticed when i ran it with out the cover on i only have oil coming out the ends of the rocker arm shaft no oil coming out where the push rod meets the arm is that ok or should it be coming out of the small holes on the rocker arms
