Ok, I ran over to it over lunch and re-indexed the pump lever. Started right up! Drove it around the block with no hood and parked it because I had to get back to work.

Video from right after it fired.

More like need more time... still have a few adjustments to make with stuff in the pump because it was a little doggy and had more turbo lag than I would like. But there's still quite a bit of turning up I can do with the pump.

-After I run it a little I'm going to adjust the valve lash.
-The engine oil and coolant both have system flush products in them as well that will need drained and flushed after I drive it a little more also. The coolant is looking pretty dirty already so I'm glad I'm getting some of it out of there.
-I also still have some driving and data logging to do to send to the tuner to do the trans as well.
-Nothing on the AC is hooked up yet just the compressor for the belt.
-Still have to hook up a cruise control servo
-Still need fan and shroud

I've got one...left it off in case of a runaway when I started it because I had messed with the pump so much. I had a 2x6 nearby also

Drove it 15 miles back to my house this evening. Trans still needs tuning, I had to let off before the trans would shift, but other then that it drove great. Low egt's and boost wasn't even very high. I guess that means I can turn the pump up more

First round of trans tuning showed up in my email yesterday evening. Definitely an improvment of the 6.0 strategy, but there's still a little work to do. I was able to make a WOT pass up a hill by my house and it maxed out at 26psi and 930ish on the egt. With that info I'm going to turn the pump u a little more

For those curious about money....

So far total parts cost is right around 8k...Keep in mind this includes some stuff like a new AC condenser, new all aluminum intercooler, in other words I didn't exactly go cheap on this, I wanted to try and make sure that I don't have to replace any weak links or marginal parts.

I've sold about $1500 of 6.0 parts and have about another $1500 left in parts to sell. So total cost is going to be right around 5k. When it's all done I'll post up the spreadsheet I've been keeping.

Engine's running great, trans tuning is still a work in progress.

Sent some emails back and forth with DCS. Seems like part of my issue might be that I broke the nipple off my MAP sensor so I haven't gotten it hooked up yet. I do have a new one ordered. Also my tach has a little bit of a flutter to it above 2k so I'm going to recheck my tach ring spacing and alignment when I have some free time and see how it affects the trans tuning. They said both of those play a part in what their tuning looks for in trans shifting.

I broke the nipple off my map sensor as well when working on it. I ended up just drilling it out some, screwing in a brass barbed fitting, and put some JB around it to make sure it sealed up and won't come out.
